Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information we collect

Contact information you provide: name, business name, mobile phone number, email address.
Consent records: the date, time and IP address of your opt-in.
Message content exchanged with our AI assistant, to deliver and improve the service.
Usage data such as pages visited and device/browser information.

How we use it

To send the SMS and WhatsApp messages you opted in to receive (scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, support).
To provide, operate and support the iMaster service.
To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

SMS program

You opt in at imaster.world/sms-optin or by texting START or YES to our number. Message frequency varies (approximately 2–6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the service (for example messaging carriers and cloud hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations, and only as needed to deliver the service. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with industry-standard technical and organizational measures.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing [email protected] or replying STOP to any message.

Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will reflect any change.
