1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of iMaster, an AI assistant that answers, qualifies and books appointments over WhatsApp and SMS, operated by KATONTI AI LLC, 2440 SW 58th Manor, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312, USA.

2. SMS messaging terms

Program description: iMaster sends demo scheduling, appointment confirmations, account notifications, follow-ups and customer support messages.
How to opt in: submit the form at imaster.world/sms-optin with the required consent checkbox, or text START or YES to our number.
Message frequency: varies, approximately 2–6 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. iMaster does not charge for these messages.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
Help: reply HELP or email [email protected].
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent: is not a condition of purchase. Supported carriers include major US carriers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use iMaster for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited messaging, and to comply with all applicable laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Taxes may apply. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KATONTI AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
